Our stay at the resort was fantastic! The park was impeccably clean and well-managed, perfect for a family getaway. The lodge rooms were spacious and had stunning views. However, we did face a significant inconvenience regarding the late check-in policy. It would be great to have a bit more flexibility during emergencies.

The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and most of the staff I interacted with were helpful. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by a fire nearby that prompted many guests to leave, and the hotel's refusal to provide any refund or assistance during such a stressful situation left a bad taste. That said, the hotel itself has nice amenities but lacked compassion for their guests during a crisis.

I recently stayed at this KOA and loved every minute of it! The facilities were top-notch, especially the pool area with a breathtaking view. I had a small hiccup with smoking in the room during my visit, but the overall experience and friendly management made it memorable. However, it can be a bit pricey, but totally worth it for the great amenities.

I had a wonderful family gathering at this lodge, which boasts spacious and clean rooms with a stunning view of the cliffs. The RV park is well-designed with ample space, making it a great value for the whole family. The owners and staff are incredibly attentive, which added to our pleasant stay. However, my experience took a turn on the second night when a wildfire caused concern and evacuation issues arose, leading to some dissatisfaction regarding the handling of refunds.
